1. Who we are

This policy is issued by Hands On Arch Inc., doing business as JUS Strategy (“JUS Strategy”, “we”, “us”), located at 165 Middlesex Ave, Somerville, MA 02145, USA. It explains how we handle personal data collected at jusstrategy.com.

2. What we collect

We collect data in two ways:

• Through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, industry, market/city and the message you write.
• Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies: pages visited, referral source, device and browser type, IP address and cookie identifiers.
• When you reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email: the information you choose to send us.

3. How we use it

We use the data to reply to you, prepare a diagnosis or proposal, follow up commercially, improve the site, measure marketing campaigns and meet legal obligations.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and, by default, analytics and marketing cookies to improve your experience and measure campaigns. You can decline at any time:

• RD Station: visit analytics and lead management (marketing and CRM).
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads): usage statistics and campaign measurement, with Google Consent Mode v2 honoring your choice.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): ad measurement and optimization.

When you click “Decline” in the cookie notice, we switch Google Consent Mode v2 to “denied” (analytics and advertising) and stop loading RD Station on future visits; your choice is saved in this browser. You can also change it via “Cookie preferences” in the footer or in your browser settings.

5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal data for money. However, advertising and analytics cookies (such as Google and Meta) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some US state laws, such as California's. To opt out, click “Decline” in the cookie notice or use “Cookie preferences” in the footer, or email hello@jusstrategy.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”.

6. Who we share it with

We share data with providers that help us operate (for example RD Station, Google, Meta, and hosting and email providers), only as needed for the service, and where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data for money.

7. How long we keep it

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

8. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and opt out of our communications at any time (unsubscribe link or email request). Depending on where you live, US state laws, Brazil's LGPD or the GDPR may give you additional rights, which we honor on request at hello@jusstrategy.com.

9. Security and minors

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure. The site is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
